Air conditioning is provided Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. At all other times you can request overtime lights and air by contacting the management office You will be billed monthly for after-hours usage. Currently the rates are $37.65 for air-conditioning and lights and $4.57 for lights only, plus sales tax. Rates are subject to change.
