The passenger and freight elevators are inspected and professional maintained by a licensed elevator service company. Should the elevator stop while you are in it, be assured you are safe. Should you at any time experience any irregularity or difficulty with elevator service, please report it immediately to the Management Office.

If you are in an elevator that malfunctions, you should:

• Press the yellow Emergency Button, which will activate the alarm. It will sound and alert Building Personnel of the problem.
• Pick up the elevator telephone. An operator will answer and notify the elevator vendor and the Management Office.
• Remain calm. Do not try to force the doors or tamper with any electrical panels.

SHOULD YOU HEAR THE ALARM, PLEASE CONTACT THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE IMMEDIATELY! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENTER THE ELEVATOR SHAFT TO GET ANYONE OUT OF THE CAB!
