Square2 Management, LLC maintains a staff of professionally trained engineers to operate the building at peak efficiency and respond to the service request you may have. Please call the Management Office regarding air conditioning, light bulb replacement, restroom plumbing or other maintenance items.
Upon receipt of a service call an Engineer or Day Porter will be dispatched as soon as possible. Upon completion of the request they will have the contact person sign the service request, indicating the work was completed. Any requests that are above building standard, such as tenant installed plumbing, electrical wiring and painting will be your responsibility. Our staff can direct you to a contractor, if needed.
